Whispering Coins come sets (5). While you touch one coin, you can use an action to cast the sending spell from it. The target is the bearers of the other coins. If no creatures bear the other coins, you know that fact as soon as you use the coin and don’t cast the spell.

Once sending is cast through the coins, they can’t be used again until the next dawn.
